I went in for a pap a yearly pap test. They have a new policy that requires you to pay $35 dollars for a short notice cancellation call. Well I did not short call cancel on them and they tried to charge me when I went in the next time, telling me that I couldn\'t see the dr until I paid. I threw a huge hissy fit and got in and of course I will NOT PAY ANY FEE! That\'s outrageous! I always find the nurses to be total stuck up b***s who treat people like complete crap. The drs are okay. Some are cold and others are better, but really it\'s the damn b*** nurses that are at every location.

Similar to previous review the doctor looked at me from a distance and said I have a virus and then just went to leave. He didn't ask any questions about symptoms and checked nothing. The bc nurse line is far superior but sadly we are paying these "doctors". Turns out I may have had a potentially serious personal and public health issue.

I have been going to Care point for the last 23 years of my life, with only 1 misdiagnosis. I'm still alive thanks to them

I've had a very bad experience there. I've been there on a sunday 11am for my baby who had a cough, running nose, and some canker sores in the mouth. There was nobody in the waiting room, so it was not overcrowded at all !
Dr N. Tong get into the room where we were waiting. He didn't say "hello" or anything, just "what's wrong?". He was really rude with my 21 months old who was scared and crying. Then he wrote down some drugs and told me to give that to my son, with no explanation. I could hardly read, and I asked "is it a syrop" and he said "yes it's a syrop for his cough". Then he left. He stayed like 3 minutes with us, he didn't have a look at the canker sores.
When I went to the pharmacy, the associate explains me that the "syrop" was actually an antibiotic.
I will never go back there, the doctor really didn't care about us, too bad for a medical centre.
